I offer worldwide shipping to private customers.

 

Shipping Method

All artworks are carefully packed and shipped with great attention to ensure they arrive safely. Shipping is handled via trusted courier and postal services.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the artwork price and will be calculated individually based on:

• destination country

• size and weight of the artwork

• packaging and insurance requirements

The exact shipping costs will be communicated before the contract is concluded.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.
These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.

 

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the nature of the artwork.

Please note:

• Original artworks and commissioned works are handmade

• Commissioned artworks require additional creation time

Estimated delivery times will be communicated individually.

 

Risk Transfer

The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the artwork.

 

Damaged Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately upon receipt and provide photographic documentation so we can find a solution together.

 

Commissioned Artworks

For commissioned works:

• production begins only after a 50% deposit has been received

• the remaining 50% is due once the artwork is completed and before shipping

• shipping takes place only after full payment
